shipment time
all orders that are in stock will be shipped within 7 business days,
however some orders may take approximately 2-3 weeks.

returns/exchanges
we stand behind all our products.
all returns must be pre-authorized within 7 business days of the product delivery.
no returns will be accepted without a return authorization.
the merchandise must be returned unused, in perfect condition with original packaging.
return freight is the responsibility of the customer and must be insured and prepaid.
no returns or refunds on custom orders.

iWEAR ...do you? industrial jewelry - never use harsh chemicals or allow jewelry to become wet.
tarnishing may occur with brass, bronze or copper metals.
use a soft jewelry cleaning cloth to clean away tarnish on brass, copper and shine stainless steel, ice (cz) or crystals.
microfiber cleaning cloths are great to use.
